Pros

1st Shift / M-F only operation Some really talented operators and maintenance / support staff Relaxed atmosphere A lot of good people on the deck plates keeping NTC functioning Trial leaders very bright intelligent & people

Cons

-Favoritism still present and if you are one of them watch your back or you will be given an at-a boy one day and shown the door the next day well others are given sweet deals to ride their time to retirement. -R&D machines are old and success is reliant on skill of operators -Meetings to talk about the next meeting -During my time at NTC, only 3 people ever made an upward career movement from the Pilot Plant area of NTC, Historically the odds are against you.
