      Management was very frustrating. Would let them know of an issue, and they would ignore it, and push things under the rug. Not receptive to feedback. Was not reimbursed over a thousand dollars for an apprenticeship that I spent 6 months taking classes for, on top of working 48 hours a week, sometimes more. Once finished, they postponed and canceled the apprenticeship. They say that you're hired in at $19 an hour, but really its $16/hr, but they don't tell you until after you start. Also dealt with a lot of sexism, and saw blatant racism. Also tier 1/tier 2 pay. Had a hard time getting machines and equipment fixed because they didn't see the need to, and to save money. We were told to basically run our machines into the ground.
