      Pros

      The people seem to really work well together.

      Cons

      The female supervisor has very little respect for the production workers. She goes in the women's restroom and sends men into the men if she feels you are in there more than three minutes because by her words whatever you need to do shouldn't take more than that.

      Homebased Position. Autonomy, Market Based Management principles allow employees to assume ownership of projects and also be creative and innovative. Great Pay

      Cons

      Extensive Travel, Old GP Philosophies are hard to shake and thus creating some roadblocks to injection of youthful and fresh idealogies
