Pros

You should work here only if you are starving to death.

Cons

Since being acquired by Koch 11 years ago, GP has been in a death spiral. Working conditions, morale, safety, etc. have all taken a huge hit. The company is working hard to replace everyone currently employed there with cheaper employees with no pension.

Pros

Opportunities to work in other business units and learn the various businesses are a plus.

Cons

The company's management philosophy is MBM, very few leaders across the board live by the management philosophy. Also, the "good-ole boy" network is alive and well at this company.
