Pros

Loved working with the people

Cons

The salary for Converting Supervisor is the lowest among the industry. First 3 years had excellent reviews, No Pay Raises ! Accepted initial pay under condition it would be increased to prior salary and beyond. Exhausted all savings then informed I would be leaving, then received a $6,000.00 increase. Really ! Never worked 8 hour day, can't remember a 5 day week either 6 and half years. I had 20 years experience before hiring with them.
