Pros

The MBM culture Koch is implementing is a really good way to run a business. GP and Koch invest in talent and provide opportunities to those who seek them out.

Cons

At mills, it is really hard to embody MBM. There is a pretty big disconnect between corporate and the mills. The company values people who are willing to move. If you aren't willing to move anywhere anytime, you are seen as a bit less valuable.

Pros

There are some smart people who come in with a wealth of knowledge from previous employers.

Cons

A very selfish culture that does not value its employees and is fine with letting them leave after three years (fully vetted). No raises, few and cheap bonuses, value only measured in dollar and cents. They are truly in a commodity business.
