      Pros

      They treat like an employee within the intern/ co-op roles. I was not an engineer, so I got a different structure compared to them. They gave me meaningful projects and even when I messed up they didn't baby me, but they weren't overly hard on my mistakes either. They understood that I was a student so they were always understanding if I had a school priority. My manager helped me find another internship within the company when mine was coming to an end. They pay very well for the role I was in, much more then some of my other friends in different internships. The culture works well for hiring, and interviewing. They offer lots of training for corporate positions.

      Cons

      MBM can be a lot to take in. Given the company there were actual politics brought up in the workplace a decent amount (which made me uncomfortable, and I thought wasn't that professional.) If you want to move up in a certain role you may have to move to some less desirable locations, but you do get a fair say. If you agree with the company in the culture and the political views you will love it, but if you don't you can feel out of place. Individual pay increases may seem unfair to some.
