Pros

Good management philosophy. An environment that is open to challenge even senior leaders. Lots of opportunity to move up and move up quickly.

Cons

Little work life balance, you do not get a raise every year. The same problems are discussed year after year but no answer is provided. Still a lot of "old school" corporate mentalities. It takes a lot of time to move forward with ideas. everything gets caught in red tape. everyone is so overloaded all the time it takes forever to get approval. all their technology is out of date and everything is very manual

MBM Principles can be abused but are worthwhile. Easy to move up at first but eventually hit ceiling.

Cons

Can get more money moving to another company than trying to work your way up.
