Pros

Company really does have regional clout--it will look impressive on your resume and can help you get where you want to go professionally. They have a culture that is conducive to learning through "knowledge shares" meaning you can set up a meeting with just about anyone in the company to learn more about what it is they do professionally. The CEO even has knowledge shares with some of the employees and interns at the Atlanta office. Great starting pay and benefits. They also offer flex time but it seems that this is something reserved more for senior workers. Also technical workers get to work from home 2 days a week. They are really flexible on time and you can practically pick your schedule which is great! The atmosphere is laid back, not much micromanaging. Love their MBM culture. They have offices all over the country and really promote from within.

Cons

Definitely make sure you get in with the pay that you want and a position that you want--it can be difficult to change depending on your manager and department. They definitely promote that anyone can move to any department or job they want within the company because they want to retain talent but that's not always the case depending on where you are and who you know. It's still somewhat of an old dinosaur of a corporation so some of the ways they work are antiquated. I definitely believe there are many career opportunities for the "right" roles, but not for anything administrative. If you're in an administrative role it can be difficult to get career development. Depending on your position, it can be a bit boring and not really engaging. As with any place you have to be a go-getter to get promoted, learn professional skills, get extra projects, etc.
