Pros

laid back work place very safety oriented(as long as it does not effect production) decent pay

Cons

Management is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life. lack of advancement. even if you try to better yourself they find reasons such as " your good at taking test" to keep you down. Safty is 1st unless you're maintenance and a machine is down, Mentioning that you have to lock out the machine angers the supervisors.
