Pros

The job is not stressful at all, and the people are very nice and helpful. Management is very open to new ideas and safety is clearly there number 1 priority. Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

The schedule is anybody's guess at the beginning of the week, it all depends on how well the plant is running. If it runs too well they cut your hours and lose out on any overtime. If it doesn't run well then you get your overtime but you may have to work 7 days to get it. I didn't find out we were working Saturday until Friday at 3 PM. So be prepared for your schedule to be a complete guessing game.
