Pros

The composition and benefits at Georgia Pacific is good and the week off ever month plus vacation time is awsome.

Cons

The Management does not care about the people that work on the floor they put the operators at risk and when you say something about the dangers of what they are doing the find a way to get ride of you.

Culture and compliance are everything

Pros

Exposure to a large and complex company. Compliance is #1 priority. The training offered is excellent. Many very smart people to learn from. Sometimes you get free toilet paper.

Cons

The culture is not just encouraged, it's enforced. When there are no rules, it's difficult to know if what you are doing is right. It can be "right" one day and cause you to get reprimanded the next. The answer to any question is it depends.
