Pros

long work hours, decent pay, great people to work with, free lunch on most Thursdays,clean shop, a week of vacation after 6 months employment.

Cons

not uncommon to work 84 hour weeks for months, unknown breaks, 108 degree heat in building in summer with same production quota year round, no heat in winter.

A very large company with broad customer base. Pay is excellent to area.

Cons

Do not share information well. Need to practice and implement guiding principles as they are the foundation of the corporation. Feels like the wild west approach at times.
