Pros

If you have a proven leadership record and you want to see your work succeed, it is a good platform to join.

Cons

Sometimes the tasks are far reaching. The feeling of never getting there because process and compliance hinder plant needs requests. Consolidated positions require very strong multitasking abilities.

Pros

Competitive pay, large company with a lot of diverse opportunities, well funded by their Koch owners, great values the owner wants everyone in the company to embrace and work by.

Cons

The compensation philosophy is poorly understood by managers and employees. Site operations are exclusively driven by corporate resources without regard to what the site needs are. Very difficult to achieve healthy work life balance. Too much time is spent working on corporate driven priorities which do nothing to move the business forward at the end of the day.
