      Large company with resources to learn from. Great team environment. Always something going on.

      Cons

      Too many people change positions. Very confusing organizations without a stabilized staff. Sometimes you're guessing about what is important.

      GP has fair pay and plant management is personable. Trying hard to mend the fences between corporate and plant staff.

      Cons

      Long hours. Hard to find balance between family and work. Salary is fair but not above average.

      Fair treatment, good compensation, good people for the most part, flexible on hours, new opportunities, good 401K match.

      Cons

      Has the feel of a very old corporation, you can get stuck without a clear career path if you don't make it your job to carve one out, some of the legacy IT systems used are limping along, some are good
