Pros

There are no pros to apply to this company.

Cons

Only had one performance review during the three yrs. and nine months employed there. They talk about The "Guiding Principles" of the company, but leadership never practiced these principles. During my time there, never saw RRE's from the plant managers. So how do you know what the direction of the plant is going in.......did I mentioned that I had 7 plant managers during my employment. Turnover at this location among hourly and salary 30%....that's right!
