Pros

Results driven, and embraces the free market. A lot of experienced and dedicated co-workers at all levels.

Cons

"At risk" facilities often operate out of fear rather than to grow. i.e. short term decisions rather than long-term strategies. A lot of management turnover (something like 4 plant managers in the last 4 years, and almost all of the salaried managers have been at the site fewer than three years). This is, however, a function of the "at risk" label. I was able to train in multiple other locations, where there was a significantly more stable management environment.
