Pros

The best thing about GP are your coworkers. People on the whole are friendly. I'm afraid I do not have much to say which is nice about GP.

Cons

Little to no communication with managers. When issues arise upper managers put their heads in the sand. Little to no recognition of a job well done. Raises and bonuses are non-existent with the attitude towards employees is there is the door, do not let it hit you as you go out of it. Little to no training opportunities. Favoritism is rampant.
