Pros

Decent pay is the only half decent thing and the free bortles of water

Cons

Machines run like crao, supervisors dont do a thing to really fix problems....just talk about safety then turn around n pressure production, expect us to run better boxes with crappier machines, plant managers are never straight with you they just say whatever you wanna hear to get you out of their office at the time, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, and the level of disrespect openly shown all around the plant is disgraceful

Pros

Interested in individual growth Focused on "culture fits" first. Then skills. Manager is interested in propelling you to the next step you want to be.

Cons

The culture is strong, but still not efficiently exercised by every employee. Mills are in remote locations and can limit growth opportunities due to lack of exposure.
