Pros

Above average pay, safety first , guaranteed 40 hours, work as a team, and will train until you have it down. Upper management is open to new ideas and processes. Truly work each and every day based upon the company values. They will not ask you to do something they wouldn't do or have not done before. Promote from within.

Cons

work weekends on 24-48 hour notice, only 2 days off first year. work non-stop (10-20-10) minute breaks in 8 hour span.

Pros

Tons of hours here. You'll easily get 50+ hours a week. The people can be fun to work with. It's a very safe work environment. Very easy system of promotion. You can switch your job at almost any time to find something that better fits your needs.

Cons

Too many hours if you have a family, or other responsibilities. Sometimes the work area is very hot, or cold depending on the time of year. If you have to work overtime, they will tell you that day, so forget ever trying to make plans outside of work.
