Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth with GP. Employees are provided with numerous training courses to develop future leaders within the company.

Cons

The mill setting may not be for everyone. Growth is results driven and if one is unable to create results in a fairly short amount of time, this is not the right company for that person.
