Pros

Large private corporation deep pockets. Willing in to invest large sums of money into plants

Cons

Strictly bus in essential driven. Does not care about employees, length of service or following through on commitments.

Pros

Closeness to residence. Weekends off.

Cons

Poor upper management. Terrible hours Little consideration for workers. Low compensation for amount of hours. Terrible work environment. I.e. Extremely hot inside during summer and extremely cold in winter (No temperature control at all) Understaffed - greatly increases work load.

Mobility but not at first

Pros

Work-life balance but you may have to start working in a mill for a few years before you move to ATL and vice versa Good pay for internship

Cons

Internship was vague Did not cater to my preferences and overall did not have good experience since it was a completely different major
