Pros

The 12 hour swing schedule works great for my family and I being home during the middle of the week is very nice. Also the retirement plan is a nice benefit.

Cons

There is quite a bit of micro managing as well as promotions based on the buddy system rather than to the best candidate. Management is slow on offering training opprotunities.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn. Not too stressful. A lot of different areas to work, depending on your interests.

Cons

Entry level pay is lower than competitors, lower bonus. Only two weeks vacation to start. Not enough training, it's on your own. Promises of training are not followed through on.
