Pros

Pay is outstanding Benefits are good Great co-workers

Cons

Mandatory overtime. We are told on Thursdays whether or not we are to work on Saturday. Terrible point system. Let's just say that you better not get sick or call off because you need personal time.

Pros

Initial pay; medical benefits; moving and vacation benefits

Cons

The fundamental philosophy of this company is excellent but how it is implemented at each plant level varies signficantly.

Pros

Diversified portfolio yields many potential career opportunities.

Cons

Lack of annual cost of living increases, marginal incentive compensation, political entrenchment with the Koch brothers (e.g., sending pamphlets in the mail suggesting who we should vote for in local and national elections), workforce slow to change. Investment in the employee is minimal because the company is super cheap.
