Pros

GP pays well if you have a position in the manufacturing realm! KOCH brothers managed based principles are good if followed.

Cons

Poor leadership and no commitment to employee safety or product quality. Hourly employee died on the job and management dragged their feet on investigation and prevention. Sounds like a cover up. Union employees in LA do not care about the product quality and are safeguarded by union for producing bad quality to the consumer. Company culture is immature and long standing good ole boy network keeps outsiders from enabling positive change.
