Pros

they have good pay great benefits a good 401 k package they give you training for the different departments you work in and most people you work with are great.

Cons

You do run into favortizim from some of the management group in some departments and their safety program and training needs a little work. oh yhea and the KOCH BROTHERS DID TRY TO INFLUENCE USE DURING THE ELECTION

Pros

strong economic thinking culture and fact based decision making

Cons

like a lot of big companies, can be impersonal and changing strategic plans pay raises very difficult to achieve even with proof of value creation; bonus used instead but that often was also tied to business results and was subjective at times
