Pros

- You are compensated based on your individual contribution, not on a salary band. Salaries are based on market but bonuses can be really outstanding. - Good people: you never have to worry about theft of employees and people who work there have a lot of integrity. - In Atlanta, on-site gym and daycare. Both are really well run. - Retirement plan: company match awesome and they put in an extra 3-5% outside of match. - Most groups and supervisors allow you to be pretty autonomous, which is refreshing. As long as you're contributing, adding value and getting your work done, no set hours. (I go to the gym at lunch) - Market-Based Management: It really does make a difference in the decisions we make and how we do business. Guess that's why we're one of the largest private companies in the world.

Cons

- Need to update office furniture. - More telecommuting options/flex schedules (like 9-80) in order to attract/retain top talent.

Pros

The MBM framework that drives the way the business is run is common-sense based. It's very accessible and easy to understand, and it really does drive you to make more sound judgements about business decisions. The company is comprised of a mixture of employees who have been with the company for a long time and those who are new, but overall the feeling is that of a very tight-knit family. The building is very conveniently located right next to a Marta station, and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. They just started providing free, unfiltered wifi for employees to use during the day.

Cons

The office space is pretty dated. Don't expect fancy furniture and decor. The location downtown isn't bad, but traffic in the evenings can be a bit of a burden until you get to the interstate. You can tell you're working for a big corporation, as they have the computers and Internet locked down very tightly.
