Pros

Good pay- good fellow employees with overall great work ethic. Koch Brother Christmas Card

Cons

Many of their core values, ie., Safety, Quality etc., were list importance if the cost were too high. I often thought someone would have to die before they changed certain practices on 1&2 paper machine. That machine is antiquated... The same practices in other parts if the mill would get an employee fired. Also the gap between hourly and management is immense. Almost apartheid, HR is definately set up to cover the faults of management and not for support of the hourly employee. A lot of fear driven behavior, mandatory overtime, creates unsafe work environment. All of the factors leave you believing that the MBM Guiding Principasls (which any one entering management is to use as their bible) is a complete joke.
