Pros

The pay is not bad and there is an opportunity for advancement. Safety is a value and has good management philosophy and relocation package.

Cons

limited outside training; upper management does not always follow how training say things should go; everything (projects) is rushed; work load is very heavy

Pros

You can meet some of the best colleagues when you find some you can trust.

Cons

Cold and unfriendly work environment. Feeling of needing to have an invisible Oscar to get throug the day. Management can write anything about you and you don't have a rebuttal process to make corrections after they have made their personal attacks on individuals.
