Pros

At this time the only reason would be a paycheck.

Cons

Lack of communication from upper managment. Inability of local management to make decisions. Employees do not have confidence in local or upper managment. Advancement (both pay and position) is determined by plant politics or "playing the game".

Pros

Opportunity for growth and personal betterment

Cons

There have been major changes in the last few years due to the company purchase by Koch Industries and the business model has been totally revamped and that has created confusion and policy change. There seems to still be a constant state of change....

Pros

If you just want to do your job and go home. If your tired of the rat race but still want to feel like you justified your existence at the end of the day this company may suit you well.

Cons

If your competitive by nature but believe the formula for success is something greater then 1 individual you will need to have strong people skills to survive.
