Pros

Free coffee, good manger, good colleagues

Cons

While the company claims to be principle-based, recent unilateral decisions suggest a shift toward short-sighted cost-cutting over operational efficiency. Removing mobile phones from customer-facing staff—who are expected to be available around the clock—is a prime example of 'saving' pennies while risking thousands in lost productivity and client trust. This 'cheap' approach is compounded by a leadership culture, particularly in the GP Center, that prioritizes managing up over building value. There is a visible trend of supervisors focusing on optics for Executive VPs rather than mastering the business or developing their teams. When you trade essential tools for temporary budget wins and prioritize ego over principles, you create a recipe for mediocrity.

Pros

Great company overall, good work-life balance for accounting, great management, nontoxic culture, great internal opportunity for career pivot

Cons

Starting pay is great, but it's hard to get raises (they do not do annual inflation adjustments). Outside of major headquarters (Atlanta and Wichita) most all other opportunities will be in small cities.

Pros

-salary, bonus, benefits, leave -great coworkers -constantly working to improve for employees and customers -great growth in any direction, build off your strengths and care about employees enjoying their work, moving employees towards their preferred or stronger skills rather than letting go for not fitting into original position

Cons

-due to size of company and weak department communication, unorganized. though they are working on it but huge task to undo past lack of organization In addition, difficult to identify SMEs, repeated work efforts due to not knowing where things are, if they exist, who would know.
