Pros

Company has been good to me, but pay and benefits are marginal and progressive management is lacking

Cons

Getting to big, centralization has led to large amounts of bureacy and little decision rights by the profit centers. Corporate office is becoming to large. GP doesn't practice core values of parent company (MBM "Market Based Management"). Concept is great and wants to be practiced by many though it is viewed by labor pool to be all talk by management and not truely practiced by corporate. Corporate wishes to only follow portions of MBM that are beneficial to them and not MBM as a whole.
