Pros

Decent benefits. Well known company that shows well on a resume

Cons

No chance for advancement. No salary increases. Mbm guiding principles not followed by mgmt. Almost an abusive environment. Too much favortism. Constantly thrown under the bus.

Pros

The only pro is that the people who care (very few) are good people and fun to work with.

Cons

MBM and Koch is killing GP, plain and simple. The management in Gp Professional hide behind MBM in attempts to try and shield them from showing true colors. The management is extremely politics driven and so horribly hypocritical. Countless mediocre and bad employees are promoted while talented employees who speak their mind are pushed down and out. there is supposed to be a challenge process, but it's a joke. Most employees are afraid to challenge management because they've seen what happens to other good people who speak up. They are tarnished and stripped of all advancement opportunities. Disrespect and lack of humility are so rampant you'd almost think they have meetings to promote these concepts. I've seen many talented employees apply for promotions and feel like they have a good chance based on their experience and results, but they are stripped of any chance due to a heavy political culture that kills all positive attitudes.
