Cons

Fiberglass particles are everywhere. Management protects and rewards people who have very poor working habits as long as they Rat on their coworkers. if your relief was late you had to stay. Slow season is during the new year months. No heating or cooling.

Different compensation philosophy

Pros

The company goes to great lengths to educate everyone on the philosophy they are using to build the culture of their operations.

Cons

The compensation philosophy is very different from anything I've ever experienced. Multiple years without a salary increase for salaried employees is the norm.
