Pros

There are some friendly people to work with.

Cons

Pay raises aren’t competitive. Upper management likes to micro manage. Not great on developing you and finding the next steps to get you ahead in your career.

Pros

Many remote work opportunities available

Cons

I had 8 bosses in 6 years. I dodged multiple lay-offs before getting caught in one and pushed into a role I was much less suited to. A year later they reposted the job I was laid off from (an extremely niche-SME role). Their management style is best characterized as "flavor of the week", incredibly short-sighted, and without any regard for the developing or retaining employees. They also are well known for avoiding raises.
