Pros

Great place to start career. Fast Pace environment with lots to learn. Big company with a lot of different opportunities. The skills you learn early on are beneficial throughout the industry.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to change roles, especially when you're doing a good job. Disconnect between upper management and rest of employees. Certain issues take very long resolve. Issues are sometimes given a bandaid instead of fixing route cause.
