Pros

Depending on your department, you may work with some talented and very personable people.

Cons

Very little chance for growth and promotion within your department. You will have to seek upward progression outside of your department or school. The University values highly their Business Managers as opposed to any other staff position on campus.

Pros

Great location, wonderful benefits, excellent growth opportunities between departments this could be a place for longevity depending on which department you work in.

Cons

The middle management does nothing and berates employees without consequences. HR is a joke and does nothing to protect employees from bullying.
