Pros

If you get a good manager, they don't micromanage Tuition waiver PTO (Unscheduled holiday, educational day, etc)

Cons

In office 5 days a week no exceptions unless you have fmla (which everybody claims to have) Pay for parking every day No annual reviews for promotions/pay increases No growth .. you will be stuck in the same role for years if you decide to stay Trainings are jokes Expectations are high, but a lack of support
