Pros
Very little stress placed on the individual by my direct managers. Managers are very willing to give support when and where needed. Management is very understanding of the needs of employees both personal and professional. Plenty of training available to employees. Free education for some positions. Located in downtown Atlanta. Subsidized parking and transportation.
Cons
We're not paid as much as other entities would pay. Coworkers are not always the most competent or motivated.
