My experience working in the document management center at GSU
Pros
One of the best benefits from working at Georgia State University is that you get to go to school for free at any school within the University System of Georgia. I think that the biggest pro at working at Georgia State University is that Ienjoyed my co-workers more than any other job that I worked. The work was very laid back during the down periods. Their are tons of Enrollment Services Assistants at Georgia State University, and I want to make it clear that this review is target towards Enrollment Service Assistant working in the Document Management Center at Georgia State University.
Cons
The pay is extremely low in my opinion, managemnt micro manage to heavy, their is little to no employee development, moral is very low, the work is mundane, and little to know flexibility revolving around your personal life.
