Pros

Good benefits, autonomy. Like the workplace setting and the people are mostly friendly. Not a ton of jerks.

Cons

Poor leadership and management at times.Constantly working on proposals to keep funding makes it difficult to do good research. Business model might need some tweaking

Smart Co-workers - mostly GT Grads Stable Employment - people are not let go very often and usually not without reason Light to Moderate travel Really good computer support staff Educator Discounts

Cons

We have doers and coasters. Have to pick up a lot of slack for the coasters. Experiences vary greatly between departments (managers and programs) Too many reorganizations
