      Smart Students, Good Pay, You gain a lot of experience teaching,which is an useful skill to have.

      I really like this job because not many schools let you teach a whole recitation by yourself.

      Worked as a GTA for 1.5 years as I was working on a Master's degree. - Strong tuition waiver - Good monthly payments - Reasonable expectation of work

      - Some HR/Payroll issues can arise, just make sure to be proactive and keep an eye on your income.

      lot of collaboration opportunities, it is pretty competitive in all fields of academic life which keeps you motivated, many facilities for doing research, environment is supportive in few ways,

      there is limited financial support available. No raise in most cases even after number of years of work in the same position with performance.
