Pros

A lot of responsibility, good future career connections, helpful mentors who will assist you in future classes and industry happenings

Cons

Pay for undergraduate assistants is minimum wage (obviously), and the course load is challenging, so grading can be tough. But overall a great experience

Flexible work time: You can get off work if you notify your professor in advance. Nice people: People in my lab are very willing to answer my question Cover tuition: Save my tuition for $30,000 per semester

Cons

Low Salary: around $1000 per month, can't even afford my life. Limit in course registration: I can register no more than 2 course per semester.
