Pros

Had a great initial project with lots of tech exposure and travel time.

Cons

Moving to new projects was difficult.

Pros

The best pro of being a Graduate Research Assistant is that it allows to focus on some topic you are interested in. Another really good point is the time flexibility.

Cons

Usually it required more hours than how the contract specifies; but since is a research in a topic of interest, this is not such a negative aspect!
