      Pros

      Working on campus as a student was amazing- my boss understood every time I had a difficult assignment or test coming up, and would allow me to send in my class schedule before each new work schedule was sent out. I was frequently told that being a student came first, and that allowed me to enjoy my job. My job allowed me to test my skills and helped me prepare myself for work after graduation.

      Cons

      Pay was low- as expected for an on campus job .

      Pros

      Working at GT is great for many reasons - but largely because of the students. It's a vibrant place to be and campus is constantly growing and changing. If you're interested in working at a university - and particularly if have an interest in STEM education - than Tech is a great place to work.

      Cons

      In terms of staff positions, some of the offices at Tech are more efficient/effective than others. I think the culture depends greatly on which role / office you are in.
