Pros

Flexible work environment, Great Benefits, Stable. This is a great job for an experienced professional because GT appreciates a self starter.

Cons

Hard to move up, low promotion rate, if you don't become a SME quickly you'll find yourself without a job. New grads need not apply however you are more likely to get a job but it won't last long if youre not a self starter.

Pros

The time goes by fast, with the help of the other cooks to keep you pumped and moving. It's fun and everyone has a great time working with each other.

Cons

It gets extremely hot in the kitchen, and here in the summer time its even more exhausting. The truck sometimes will not arrive when scheduled, but something you can't control. So the day must go on.

Cons

not guaranteed to work on research that is relevant to your research interests and thusly could end up with two jobs: your GRA and your own actual research.
