Pros

Flexibility of hours, great people, awesome community and location. Training opportunities are immense and you have a great opportunity to network. If you are a student interested in a start up this is the best place to do it in the academic setting.

Cons

Georgia Tech has an abundance of funding in some areas yet lacks the necessary funds to complete some fundamental tasks. The pay could be better but overall a great place to work.

Pros

Since they are not sponsoring master students as TA in my department anymore, the only job you could take is to be an student grader, if you don't want to go deep into research area and consider to transfer to PhD.

Cons

It does not make much money
