Promotion not based on merit, but who you clique with. A lot of unnecessary competition and backbiting.

Pros

There are some very talented individuals in the company and very effective teams. Some projects are executed with genuine innovation and forward thinkers who seem honestly acting in best interest of clients and not on making more work for the company.

Cons

Senior staff pushes junior staff beyond breaking point with little to no recognition. If something goes awry, junior staff to blame in majority of cases harshly and error of senior staff excused or laughed away. Company does not pay overtime and bonuses are selectively given to staff; junior staff receiving less than senior, even if put in overtime consistently and are good deserving employees. Company is not very good at managing staff. Company is inconsistent with message and execution of message. Promoted collaborative efforts, but only when senior staff deem it- there is no willingness to grow junior staff career aspirations beyond what senior staff determines junior staff job will be.

- Employees receive bonuses and luncheons whenever the company is doing well - Co-workers are friendly and all seem to get along - Della is awesome - Travel - Compensation is fair - Supportive Management team

Cons

- Little room for advancement for non-engineer employees - Travel - No performance reviews throughout the year, so you don't recieve much feedback - Training is limited
