Working remotely. Set shift. No weekends

Cons

Micromanaging. Angry customers. Too many job duties… in the service department you have to sale policies, get good survey scores in order to get a bonus.

Work from home. Schedule is slightly flexible. Decent base pay.

Cons

Bonus only good when you initially get signed on. If your an amazing agent you can still make bonus monthly. Won't be as much as your initial 6 months. Constant in bound calls. Not enough personal time is given. Your chained to your desk.
