      The management has a very poor attitude and doesn't believe company policies can be questioned and will meet you with extreme hostility.

      Benefits, 401k match and pension and residuals.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours and if you are licensed agent you can make alot more money. So you can sell Medicare and ACA plans part of the year and make the same money you would make working 40+ hours a week.
